I will tell you how to get rid of the fat, but first, it’s very crucial to know what the abs are used for. Their name comes from Latin and is “rectus abdominis” and it means “proper, straight”. The crunches

When I first started training my abs, I started with the most common abs training, the crunches. This is the best training for starters because it doesn’t stress your abs that much as other workouts do. The squats or Deadlifts

This second training that I will show you, is invented for those who are a little bit experienced, not for beginers. These are the most important trainings when it comes to exercise your abs. This exercise will train both of your abs and back muscles at the same time. You will also exercise work out other muscles with this type of exercise i.e. glutes and quads. The most common way to burn the fat feed the muscle with these 2 trainings is to workout each day. You will need to do the crunches first and after that, when you are ready to do the deadlifts.
